A still life arrangement featuring peacock feathers in a clear glass vase, a conch shell, and a jade plant in a hand-painted asian bowl. The items represent the earth, sea and sky. This is the first in a series of 3 small still-life oil paintings interpreting earth, sea and sky. This one was done Alla Prima -- painted in one sitting, using only the 3 primary colors (a cool & warm of each) plus white and black.
